Dear Clients,

We would like to inform you of changes to the General Terms and Conditions of Citfin – Finanční trhy, a.s. (“Citfin FT”) and Citfin, spořitelní družstvo (“Citfin SD”), which will take effect for existing clients on 1 November 2026.

All amendments are highlighted in the attached General Terms and Conditions of Citfin FT and the General Terms and Conditions of Citfin SD.

The most significant changes to the contractual documentation include:

  • amendments to the rules governing the settlement of payment transactions where there are insufficient funds in the client’s account;
  • the option to provide ex-post illustrations of the impact of costs and charges associated with FX transactions once per calendar year, following the end of that year;
  • other changes, which are predominantly technical and formal in nature.

The full text of the revised General Terms and Conditions and related contractual documentation is available on our website Citfin FT HERE and HERE.

In accordance with applicable legislation and the contractual documentation, you have the right to reject the revised General Terms and Conditions in writing no later than 31 October 2026. In such a case, your rejection will be deemed notice of termination of the Framework Agreement or Corporate Account Agreement, as applicable. If you do not notify us of your rejection by this date, the revised General Terms and Conditions will take effect in relation to you on 1 November 2026 and will become binding upon you.
